What is RSS and why should I care?

Enter the “RunKeeper” sports watch. It has an interface with the iPhone using Bluetooth to provide remote display and control of RunKeeper. This is pure fantasy, but I’m hoping a watch that is capable of supporting a generic bluetooth interface that may be utilised by iPhone Apps is on its way.
